Ingredients:
1 pound breakfast sausage
1/3 cup all purpose flour
4 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
Break up the sausage and cook in a large skillet until no longer pink
Add flour a little at a time so that the sausage soaks it up stirring constantly
Add milk and continue stirring constantly
Continue cooking until desired thickness
